剖宫产产妇术中低血压预测模型的构建及验证

AbstractObjective：Toconstructthepredictionmodelforintraoperativehypotensionincesareansectionparturint，andtoverifythe predictiveefectof themodelMethods：Atotalof245pregnantwomenhouderwentelectivecesareansectioninatertiarygradeA hospitalinShanxiprovincefromDecember2O2 toDecember2O23wereselectedastheresearch subjects.Theparturientweredivided intothenormalbloodpressuregroupandthehypotensiongroupbasedonwhethertheyexperienced intraoperativehypotensionLogistic regressionanalysiswasusedtoanalyetheiskfactorsforintraoperativehypotensionduringcesareansectionandtoestablisharisk predictinmodel.Thesensitivityandspecificityofthemodelwereevaluatedyusingtheareaunder thereceiveroperatingcharacteristic （ROC）curveandthe Hosmer-Lemeshowgodnes-of-fittest.Results：Amongthe245cesareansectionpatients，atotalof128 experienced intraoperative hypotension，with aprevalenceof 52.24% .Theresults of Logistic regression analysis showed that the materal'spost-pregnancybodymassindex，uterineheight，sensoryblockplane，ndabdominalcircumferenceweretheriskfactorfor intraoperativehypotensionincesareansectionparturients.Theiskpredictionmodelwasdrawn.TeareaundertheROCcurve（AUC）of this modelwasO.918，withasensivityofO.904andaspecifityofO.872.TheHosmerLemeshowtestshowedagoodfit.Conclusion： Theestablishdpredictionmodelforintraoerativehypotensionincesareansectionparturienthasagoodpdictivefet.ouldprovide referencefor clinical identificationof risks and timely implementation of preventive intervention measures.
