AbstractObjectieTovestigatethearacteristicsoffailyommunicationpatesamongdepressedadolescentsndtalye theirinfluencingfactors，soastoprovidereferenceforformulatingpersonalizedauxiliaryplansforthepreventionandcontrolof depresionamongadolescents.Metods：Byusingtheconveniencesamplingetod，totalof56depresedadolescentsereelected astheresearchsubjectswhovisitedtheoutpatientdepartmentofpsychologicalmedicieinatertiarygdeAhospitalinZhengzoucity， HenanprovincefromOctober2O23 toAugust2O24.Theivestigationwasconductedbyusingthegeneralinformationquestioire，te CenterforEpidemiologic StudiesDepressionScale（CES-D），theRevisedFamilyCommunicationPatternsInstrument（RFCP），the EmotionRegulationQuestionaire（ERQ）andtheAdolescentsSelf-harm Scale.Results：Techaracterisicsoffamilycommunication pattern among depressed adolescents were mainly protective type in 183 cases 32.5% .The total score of the RFCP was 5.64±0.92. The score of conversation orientation was 2.91±0.87 .The score of obedience orientation was 2.71±0.94. .The results of linear regression analysisshowedthatthegenderofdepressedadolescents，hetherthyweretheonlychildhethrtheyadistoryofeingethind， theeducationalleveloftemother，teplaceofresidence，teaveragemonthlyincomepercapitaoftefamily，thesoreofAdolesents Self-harm Scale，and the score of ERQ were the influencing factors of family communication patterns （P<0.05） .Conclusions： Medicalstaffsouldforulatetargetedinterventonmeasuresbasedontheifuencingfactorsoffmilyommunicationpates，tohelp depressedadolescntsadteirparentsctivelyopewithteseaseproetheirmilyomunicatiopatendthebylte their negative emotions and psychological disorders.
