AbstractObjectiToveloanassessmentscalefortheperceiedrganatioalresilieneofederlyaestuiosbyeelderly， andtotestitsreliabilityandvalidityMethods：Thinitialitempolwasconstructedbasedonliteratureresearchsemitructured interviews，andgroupdiscussions.TheinitialscalewasformedthroughDelphiexpertconsultation.Byusingtheconveniencesapling method，aquestionnairesurveywasconductedamong467elderlypeoplein9elderlycareinstitutions inChongqingfromMayto September2O24.Thereliabityandvalidityofthescalewere tested.Results：Theassessmentscalefortheperceivedorganizational reslienceofelderlycareistitutionsbytheelderlincuded4dimensiosand24itemsExploratoryfactoranalysisextractedfourcommon factors，and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 62.025% .The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that all the fitting indicesfthemodifiedmodelwerewithintheaceptablerange.Theitem-levelcontentvlityindex（I-CVI）rangedfromO.86to.000. Thescale-levelcontentvalidityindex（S-CVI）wasO.992.TheCronbach'sαcoefcientofthetotalscalewasO.938.Thetestretest reliblitywa.9.TesplitalfelabilitysO46Concsios：eemetsaleforthepercedgantioalsileeof elderlyareistitutiosbythederlyagodrelabiltndvityItouldeusedasanefeetolfrevauatingteorgaatioal resilience level of elderly care institutions.
