AbstractObjective：Torevealthecoresymptomsandsubgroupheterogeneityofdepresionindisabledmiddleagedandelderlypeople usingnetworkanalysis methods，andtoprovidebasisforformulatingpreciseinterventionplans.Methods：Datafromtheol8China healthandretirementlongitudinalstudy（CHARLS）wereselected.Atotalof1O336middle-agedandelderlypeoplewere includedathe researchsubjects.Thestructuraldiferencesindepresionsymptomsbetweenthedisabledandhealthygroupswerecomparedusinga symptom networkmodel.Thesymptom intensitycharacteristicsamongsubroupsof disabledmidle-agedandelderlypeoplewere deeplyaalyzed.Results：Tereasnosigniicantdiference intheoveralltrengthoftedepressionnetworkamongdisabledadhalty middle-agedadedrlypeople.Teorsymptomsweralldpressedmood，"felingtroubled，d"unabletotiuelivngong thesymptomnetworksofthedisabledmidle-agedgroup，theintensityvalueofunabletocontiueliving"wasthehighest，whileforthe disabledelderlygroup，themostprominentsymptomwas"depressionof mood".Comparedwithdisabledmen，theintensityvalueof "depresionofmoodfordisabledwomenwasgreater.Fordisabledmiddle-agedandelderlypeoplewithducationaltainmentbelow primaryschool，teintensityvaueof"depresionofmood"wastheghest，hileforthosewithducationalatainmentatoabove primaryscholtemostprominentsymptomswere"felingtroubled"and"unabletoontiueliving"Formariedandohabitingdsabled midle-agedandelderlypeople，themainsymptomsweredepresionofmood"，"felingtroubled"and"unabletocontiueliving"，wile forotherdisabledlderlypeople，themainsymptomswere"dpressionofood"felingtroubled"and"ackofhappiess".Cocios： Thecoresymptomsofepresionisabledeldrlyidividalseibitterogeeityaracterisislatedtoageenderdatioal level，andmarialatus.Iiggestedhatiicalpacti，iidalereesofsabldiddlegdderlyuas should be fuly considered.Categorized interventions should be adopted to improve their mental health levels.
