AbstractObjective：TotranslatetheBreastfedingRelationshipScaleBFRS）intoCinese，andtotestitsreliabilityandvaliditys toprovideareliabletoolforevaluatingbreastfeedingrelationshipsinChina.Methods：AfterstrictlyfollwingtheBrisintranslation modelforraslation，acktraslatioxpetosutioandulturaldaptation，teCneseversonFRSaedBsigte conveniencesampingmetod7Opsfmothsandfantseeselectedfoestioairesueytotestteelabilitdlidity thescale.Results：TheChineseversionBFRSincluded3dimensionsand16items.Thescale-levelcontentvaldityindex（S-CVI） was0.983.Theitem-levelcontentvalidityindex（I-CVI）rangedfromO.909to1o.Exploratoryfactoranalysis extractedthreecommon factors.The cumulative contribution rate variance was 78.442% .Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitted well.The Cronbach's α coeficient the scalewas O.945.ThesplitreliabilitywasO.865.Thetest-retestreliabilitywasO.951.Conclusions：The ChineseversionFRSasgodrelabilityandvaliityItouldeusedasnaessetoolforperceiedisuficientmilkouction in mothers and infants within 6 months age.
