AbstractObjective：Toconstructtheevaluationindexsystemforservicequalityofdesignatedlong-termcareinstitutions.Metods： Theevaluationindexsystemfortheservicequaltyofdesignatedlong-termcareinstitutionswasconstructedbyliteraturesummaryand semi-structuredinterviewperiodexpertconsultation.Itsweightsweredetermined.Results：Tworoundsof expertinquirieswere conducted.The positive coeficients of the experts were 91.3% and 100% respectively.The authority coefficient was O.90.The Kendalls coefficient of concordia in the second round was O. 291（P<0.001 ）.The importance scores of each evaluation index inthe first roundofexpertiquiriesrangedfrom4.2Oto4.95points，andthecoeficientofvariatiorangedfromO.04toO.19.Theimportanceores ofeachevaluationindexinthsecondroundofexpertiquriesragedfrom4.38to4.9，ndthecoeffcientofrationrangedfroO.5 toO.13.Thefialconstructedevaluationindexsystemforservicequalityofdesignatedlongtercareinstutionsicluded4first-level indicators，12second-levelindicatorsand3third-levelidicators.Concusio：Thecostructedevauationindexsystemforsice quaityofdesignatedlong-tercareinstutionshasgoodscientificityandpracticality.Itouldprovidereferencesforthquality supervisionoflong-tecareserices，theenewalofinstitutioagrements，tedisbursementofexpensesandtemanagemetoffund payments.
