Simulation analysis of interlayer resin flow in pultruded panels by fiber cloths of several structures

Abstract:Inordertoresearch theinfluenceofdiferentinfluencingfactorsontheresinflowprocessinthe vacum infusion molding processof themainbeamofpultruded plateforlargewindturbineblades,thepermeabilityofdiferentfiberreinforcements wasobtainedbycombining with Darcy'slaw,andtheflowmodelofresinbetweenthelayersofpultruded plate wasestablished throughthefiniteelementmethodtosimulateandanalyzetheinfluencesof diferentinjectionmethods,the numberoflayersof pultrudedplateandthefibers withdiferentstructuresontheresininthe processofmoldfillng.The resultsshowthat:thefullfilingtimeofthemodelisdirectlyproportionaltothenumberofpultrudedboardlayers;the fillng time of two sides injection is shorter than that of one side injection,which is optimized by 27.9% ; the fiberreinforcement of diferentstructures hasasignificant efecton theresin filing flow process,andthe nonwoven with the largestpenetration hastheshortestfiling time,andthe plain weavewithalarger penetrationrate intheYdirection hasashorterfillng time compared to the warp knitted multiaxial fabric with the relative reduction of 16.3% . reduced by 16.3% . The simulation resultsrevealtheinfluenceofthespatialmatchingbetweenthepermeabilityanisotropyofreinforcementmaterialsandtheinjectiondirectiononthemoldfilingeficiency,whichprovidesatheoreticalbasisforoptimizing thedesignofreinforcement lay-up,andcanprovideaneffctivereferencefortheadjustmentof theprocessofmultilayeredpultruded plate mainbeam.
