Abstract:This paper mainly based onthe Lamécalculation formula for isotropic thick-walled pressure vesels and the mesh strength theoryforanisotropiccomposite material thin-walld pressure vesels,proposesathicknesscalculationformula for type 1 high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders, n amelykι′=3Pb/⌊4σh-(6~8)∗Pb⌋) ,whichisusedforthe early performance parameter evaluation of the product andthe lateroptimizationofthe fiber winding layup structure.The thicknesscalculation formulafor thick-waled pressure vessels iscompletedonthebasisofthebalanced strength thickness kt= 3Pb/4σfb of the cylinder body (withoutconsidering the reinforcementcoeffcient of the head),and the modificationof the thick-walledwindinglayerthicknessiscompletedbasedon twoparts:theincreaseincross-sectionalareaandtheincrease incircumferential stress.
