Research on process technology for thickness control of carbon fiber composite parts

Abstract：Withthewidespreadapplicationofcarbonfibercompositepartsintheaerospacefield，thequalitycontrolof composite parts have become increasinglycritical.Atpresent，the composites used inthe aerospace field are mainly epoxy resin-basedcarbon fibercomposites.Thethicknessof the partscan directlyreflectthe fibervolumecontentof the parts， making itaprimary indicatorforpartacceptance.This papermainlydescribes the methods tocontrolthethicknessof parts by adjusting process parameters，optimizing the lay-up method，and modifying the fixture form.
