Research on aviation application validation of domestic aramid honeycomb

Abstract：To ensure the reliable applicationofcomposite honeycomb sandwich structures inaviation，this studyconducted a comparative performance evaluation offour types of domestic aramid paper honeycombs，one domestic aluminum honeycomb，andone imported glass fabric honeycomb.The tests icluded compresive strength，flatwise shear，water migration， andflammability.Analysisof thecomprehensivepropertiesofdiferenthoneycombsrevealedthatthe1.83-48specification aramidpaperhoneycombdemonstrates themostbalancedperformance，makingitbettersuitedforthemanufacturingofcomposite sandwich structures in aircraft.
