变密度预制体对C/C复合材料力学性能的影响

Effect variable density preform on the properties C / C composites
Abstract:C/Ccomposites werefabricatedbyadjusting thedensity preforms along the thicknessdirectionandutilizing carbonfibers withdiferentthermalexpansioncoefficients.Underidenticalneedlinganddeposition processs,themicro structural morphologysamplecross-sections wasanalyzedusingfieldemisionscaning electron microscopy,whilepyrolyticcarbon structures were examinedthrough metallographicmicroscopy(broussonetiapapyifera).Thisstudyfurthernvestigatesthe influence density-modifiedpreformsonthedeposition eficiencyand performance C/Ccomposites.Theresults show that the P1 samples were prepared with 0.4g/cm3 the thickness direction and 0.35g/cm3 both sides,and the P1 sample density was increased by 0.94g/cm3 . The B2 samples were prepared from 12 K fibers on both sides and 24 k fibersin the thickness direction,the B2 sample density was increased by 1.17g/cm3 .Moreover,the comprehensive performance B2 sample is the best,the compaction rate is about 0.04g⋅cm-3⋅h-1 ,and the overall density uniformity is high.The pyrolysis carbon structure is amixed structuresmooth layerand roughlayer,andthebendingstrengthis about73.5 MPa.
