Abstract

Thedata offood safety supervisionand sampling inspections is the core basis for assessing the food safety situationandan importantsupportfor foodsafetysupervisionand lawenforcement，playinga significant role inensuringpublicfood safety.Basedonthe food safety supervisionand sampling inspectiondataofacertain regioninthe pasttwo years，this paperanalyzesthedata quality issues existing in foodsampling inspections fromthesamplingand testinglinksrespectivelyand proposes countermeasures tofurther improve thequaity of sampling inspection data from theperspectives of regulatoryauthoriesand inspection institutions，aiming toprovide references forcollaguesin the food supervisionand inspectionand testing fields tocontinuously improve the quality of food safety sampling and monitoring data.
