Abstract:Primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL)and glioblastoma(GBM)are central nervous systemmalignant tumors characterizedby high morbidityand mortality.The two diseasesexhibitrelativelysimilar manifestationsonclinicalandconventionalimaging.However,theydifersignificantlyintermsof treatmentresponse and prognosis.This makes the diferentiation between thetwoacritical issue urgentlyrequiring resolution in clinical diagnosis and treatment.In recent years,the rapid advancementof molecular biology and medical imaging technology has opened up newavenues for the non-invasive diffrential diagnosis of PCNSLand GBM.Among these approaches, the analysisof bloodand cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers,maging techniques suchasmagnetic resonance imaging and positronemision tomography,andcomprehensiveanalysis models integrating multi-omics withartificial intellgence have demonstrated tremendous application potential.This article systematicallyreviews the latest research progress in theaforementioned fieldsregarding the diferential diagnosisof PCNSL and GBM,analyzes theadvantagesand limitations of various methods,and prospects their clinical application prospects.Itis expected to provide guidance for clinical practice,improve diagnostic accuracy,and enhance patient prognosis.
