Abstract:Glioma is the most common primary malignant intracranial tumors.Thereare a large number macrophages intumor microenvironment(TME),which arecalled glioma-associated macrophages(GAMs).They compose nearly 50% thetumor tissue.GAMs play a dual role promoting and inhibiting tumor growth in the occurrence and development glioma.Meanwhile,thefunctionGAMs is also influenced bymultiplefactors.Further in-depth research onthe function and regulatory mechanism GAMs can enhance the understanding glioma and promotethedevelopmentnew treatmentmethods.Thisarticle,byretrieving relevantliterature,focusesondescribing thefunctions and regulatory mechanisms GAMs,and presents prospects for further research in the future.

脑胶质瘤年发病率约为 6.4/10 万人,是成人中枢神经系统中发病率最高的原发恶性肿瘤,具有病死率高、复发率高、预后差等临床特点;其中WHOV级的胶质母细胞瘤的发病率(glioblastoma,GBM)约为 4.03/10 万人,占全部原发恶性中枢系统恶性肿瘤的 50.1% 。(剩余15878字)
