机器人辅助下立体定向穿刺治疗幕上高血压脑出血的临床效果分析

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the safety and clinical efficacy of robot-assisted stereotactic puncture in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).MethodsA total of 66 patients with HICH(blood loss volume of 20-40mL )were selected from November 2023 to May 2025 and divided into two groups according to the treatment method,31 patients underwent robotic surgery(trial group) and 35 underwent craniotomy(control group). The general clinical data, perioperative indicators (such as the duration of surgery, intraoperative bleeding,lengthof hospitalization,hematoma clearance ratio),postoperativerecoverystatusand postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe difference in general clinical data between the two groups was no significant( P>0.05 ). The duration of surgery,intraoperative bleeding,and hospitalization in the trial group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the hematoma clearance rate was significantly higher than that of the control group( P<0.05) : Before surgery,there was no significant diffrence in National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score and activity of daily living( ADL) score between the two groups( .At7 days and 3 months after surgery,the NIHSS score of the trial group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The ADL score index was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05) ,and the proportion of postoperative complications was 9.7% in the trial group and 37.1% in the control group.ConclusionsRobot-assisted stereotactic hematoma puncture in the treatment of HICH has a definite clinical effect,less surgical trauma,short time,and few postoperative complications,which can promote the recovery of neurological function and fectively improve the quality of life of patients.
