Abstract： From June 2O22 to March 2O23，to facilitate the construction of the first phase of the new construction land for the high-quality steel and new materials industrial park in Yicheng County （the Minguang Project），the Shanxi Provincial Institute of Archaeology and the Yicheng Cultural Relics Protection Center conducted excavations of 135 tombs within thedesignated area.One of the tombs，M9， is a nearly square earth cave tomb with front and rear chambers.The area of the front chamber is smaller than that of the rear chamber.The burial objects include four-handled pots，glazed pottery jars，and pottery barns，exhibiting transitional characteristics from the Han Dynasty to the Jin Dynasty. Compared with the excavated materials of Cao Wei tombs from the local area，Luoyang，and Xi'an，the age of M9 is identified as Cao Wei.
