Abstract:Manual pine cone picking is plagued by loweffciencyand potential safety hazards.Inorder to improve the intelligent levelof pinecone picking,a blasting-typevibration pinecone picking methodbasedonunmannedaerial vehicle was proposed.Based on the principle that liquid carbon dioxide can be converted into supercritical carbon dioxide to instantaneously release high-pressure gas,the basic conditions for pine cone detachment by vibration were calculated.To simulate the impactof gas explosionon apine tree,fluid simulation and transient structure simulation of high-pressure gas injection on pine tres were carried out byusing Workbench software,and the two simulations were coupled.Byadjusting the air source distance parameter inthe simulation,and the stressdata atthe pine cone stalk under diferent gas source distances were obtained. Tests are carried out using shock tubes,where pressure sensors were installedat different distances to measure data. When the blasting pressure of 1O MPa was released,he pressuredata transmited to different distances were recordedand compared with thedata in the simulation.The results show that when the air source distance is 1m , the pressure exceeds 1O MPa. the pine cone stalk will break to achieve fruit detachment.
