基于共用式采摘头的枸杞采收装置结构设计与试验研究

Abstract: Wolfbery is a crop with important economic and medicinal value,and its market demand is increasing year byyear.It is one of the important economic crops in northwest provinces of China. In order to improve the harvesting ate of wolfberies,reduce impurity and damage rates,and lower harvesting costs,the study takes Ningqi No.7 in Dulan County,Haixi Prefecture,Qinghai Province as the research object.Based onthe same shared vibrationharvesting head,a handheld vibratory harvesting machine and a vibratory wolfberry harvesting vehicles were designed,which are suitable for both non-standardizedand standardized wolfbery plantations respectively.A prototype of the handheld vibratory harvesting machine was fabricated and vibratory harvesting experiments were conducted in a non-standardized wolfberry plantation at Nomuhong Farm,Qinghai Province.The results ofthe picking experiments were basically consistent with the simulation results : when the picking frequency was 25Hz , the average picking rate was 97.33% ,the impurity rate was 13.87% ,the fruit damage rate was 5.49% ,and the picking efficiency was about twice thatof manual harvesting.The handheld vibratory harvesting machine efectively improves the harvesting efficiency of wolfberries and reduces harvesting cost.
