倾斜空心双头螺旋排肥器优化设计与试验

Abstract:Toaddress theissesof large flowpulsationanduneven fertilizerdischarge in traditional spiral fertilizer spreaders,aninclined hollowdouble-helix fertilizer spreaderbasedonthe inclined installationofordinaryspiral fertilizerspreaderswasdesigned.Itreduces theperiodicflowpulsationatthefertilizeroutletthrough thebackflowof fertilizer particlesatthecenterof thespiral blades,therebyimprovingtheuniformityoffertilizerdischarge.Through dischargeuniforprincipleanalysis,thetheoretical fertilizerdischarge rateof the spreaderandthe influence of parameters on mity were determined,and asimulation model of the inclined holow double-helix fertizer spreader was established using EDEM.The spreader was manufactured according to the optimal parameter combination and subjected to bench tests.Thetestresults indicatethattherelativeerrorsof thefluctuationcoeffcientoffertilizerdischargeuniformity and the fertilizer application amount per revolution between the bench test and the simulation test are 3.47% and 3.25% respectively,showing good agreement between the two tests.Compared with the unoptimized state,the fluctuation coefficient of fertilizer discharge uniformity decreased by 5.94% ,and the fertilizer application amount per revolution increased by 13.98% . The fluctuation coefficient of discharge uniformity of the inclined hollow double-helix fertilizer spreaderis significantlyreduced under the optimal parameter combination.This studycan provide partial reference for the design of similar spiral fertilizer spreaders.
