Abstract:Inorder to meet therequirements for stiffessand strengthof the frame in cameliaoleifera fruit vibratory picking operations,simulation software wasusedto conduct static analysis and modal analysis on the virtual prototype of the frame.Onthe premise of satisfying the operational requirements of the frame,thenatural frequency of he frame was obtained to avoid resonance caused by vibratory picking operations.The research results show that the maximum stress of the frame is 43.172MPa , the maximum strain is 2.36×10-4 ,and the maximum deformation is (204号 0.074mm ,indicating that the frame strength meets the requirements. The minimum natural frequency of the frame is 133.96Hz ,which is higher than the maximum frequency of 40Hz forvibratory picking operations.Therefore, resonance will not occur between the frame and thevibratory head assembly during picking operations.This study provides areference for the design of the frame of lightweight and simplifiedcamelia oleifera fruit picking machines.
