Abstract:Inorder to improve the stabilityandsmoothness of tracked orchard multifunctional operation chassis often working incomplex soil environment,this paper analyzes the stabilityperformanceof thechassis traveling in a straight line under common field conditions in Gansu Province,such as clayandsandysoil.Firstly,atheoretical analysis of the whole machine’sdriving stability was conducted,and thecalculation formulas forthechassis’s tractionadesionand the whole vehicle’s passability were derived.The analysis results indicate thatthe soil’s traction adhesioncoeficient,thechassis’sown weight,and the track structural dimensions are the mainfactors afecting the whole machine’s traction force and passability.Secondly,dynamic simulation tests were caried outusing RecurDyn software,and the results show that the simulation model exhibits higher stabilityand smothness on claysurfaces.Finaly,fieldtestresultsdemonstrate thatthe deviationrateof thechassisduringstraight-linedrivingonclayand sandy soil is 1.15% and 2.36% respectively,which is well within the 7% limit specified by national standards and can meet the operation requirements.
