Abstract:In view of the problems of low efficiency and high cost in the traditional manual grass grid sandbarrer laying,as well asthe singlefunction of theexisting laying machinery,whichcanonlyachieve longitudinalstraight lay ing,this paperdesigns a zigzag sand barrierlaying machine.This device is composed ofan electrical control device, a grass-pressing device,a conveying device and a zigzag motion device.Its core function lies in achieving the zigzag laying of grassand sand barriers.In terms of mechanical structure,a chute-roller mechanism and dual-motor drive are adopted,combiningthe linear motion of the traction tractor with the lateral reciprocating motion of the pressure knife device to form a zigzag motion trajectory.The control system is developed based on the STC80C52 single-chip microcomputer and combines electromagnetic sensors for limit position detection,achieving theautomatic control of zigzag trajectory generation and safety protection.The straw curtain conveying device moves synchronously with the straw presing device through a chain-type flexible connection,ensuring the smooth conveying and positioning of the straw curtain.This design,through the coordinated operation of multiple systems including mechanical,hydraulic and electrical control,significantly enhances the efficiency and automation level of grassand sand barrierlaying,reduces labor costs,and provides a new mechanized solution to meet the multi-directional wind prevention and sand fixation requirements.
