竹定向刨花板层合梁抗弯性能研究

Abstract:To explore potential applications of bamboo and bamboo oriented strand board (BOSB),this study experimentally investigated the density distribution within the board,dynamic modulus of elasticity(MOE)and tensile strength offull-scale specimens for different types of BOSB.Furthermore,the bending performance of unidirectional bamboo strand board laminated beams and ordinary BOSB laminated beams was compared and analyzed.The results showed hat the diferenttypeof BOSB had diferent mean densityand density distribution,within the board,fullscale tensile strength with a tensile strength of 28.25 MPa and a dynamic MOE of 8896 MPa in the major direction, both of which met the standard requirements.The average dynamic MOE of BOSB in the minor direction was approximately 42% of that in the major direction.BOSB laminated beams had high bending strength,and the apparent MOE and bending strength of unidirectional bamboo strand board laminated beams were 29.51% and 80.75% higher than those of ordinary BOSB laminated beams,respectively.This study provides data support for the applications of BOSB and their laminated beams.
