ABSTRACT: Japanese spotted fever(JSF) is an infectious disease caused by Rickettsia japonica, with nonspecific clinical symptoms and a high risk of misdiagnosis.We reported acase of JSF,in which Ricketsia japonica was detected in blood cels by metagenomic next- generation sequencing.The patient recovered after treatment with doxycycline.This report provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of JSF.

日本斑点热(Japanesespottedfever,JSF)是经蜱虫叮咬传播的一种自然疫源性疾病,于1984年首次在日本发现并报道,后其病原体被建议命名为日本立克次体[1-2],常见于山区居民和农民,以散发为主,但也有社区聚集的案例报道[3]。(剩余8205字)
