Abstract：Asavitalpartofthehealth industry，theelderlycaresectorisexperiencingunprecedented developmentopportunities. Thedevelopmentof elderlycareservicesacross theTiwanStraitdemonstratescomplementaryadvantages.China'sTaiwanrigionhas accumulatedextensiveexperienceinindustrymanagement，talentcutivation，andtechnologicalapplication，whiletheChnese mainlandbenefitsfromavastmarketdemandandawellestablishedindustrialchainwhichhasaighdegreeofcomplementarity betweenthem.Promotingindustryeducationintegrationinelderlycarecanenhancethemoderizationofservices，standardizetalent training，ndfosterdeprexchages icooyulture，ndduatioisstudyviesthcurrttateofldlyaeusts in bothregions，analyzeskeyaspctsandchalengesofindustryeducationintegration，anddrawsonTaiwanregion'ssuesul practices toexploreasuitabledevelopmentpath.Thefindingsaimtoprovideinsightsintoaddressingthetalentsupply-demand gap and optimizing the industrial structure.
