Abstract：Idealandbelief education isthecorecontentof moraleducationand ideologicaland political work incollgesand universities.Itisastrategicprojectrelatedtothefundamentaltaskof“stablishingmoralityandcultivating people".Promotingthe normalizationandinstitutionalizationofidealandbeliefeducationincollegesanduniversitiesintheneweraisaninevitable requirementforcultivating newpeopleintheeraofnationalrejuvenation.Itisaninevitablechoice topromotethescientic developmentofcoegeidealandbeliefeducationandfollowthelawofcolegestudents'dealandbeliefformation.Normalizationis animportantcarierofwdelypractiingsocialistcorevalues，andinstitutioalizationisthvaluetrendofsientific，andardied， systematicandoderlypracticeprocs.Inpractice，wesuldaderetotheproblem-orentedconstructandapplytheidealadbelif educationmechanismtopromotetheormalizationandinstitutionalizationofcolegesanduniversitiesinthenewera，constantly realize the modernization ofChinese-style higher education，and contribute to the national rejuvenation.
