An Empirical Study on Employment and Entrepreneurial Willingness and Influencing Factors of University Students

Abstract:This paper takes the surveyofcollge students'willngnessto stay in wenzhouand work for employment and entrepreneurshipanditsinfluencingfactorasthestartingpoint,andadoptsempiricalresearchmethod.Thedatawerecollectedand analyzedto showthatthecorefactorsafectingcolegestudents'employmentandentrepreneurshipweresignificantlypositively corelatedwithicto:teocaiadsieneoftesityeovt'sortstoractaltsdulitealets, thedegreeofemphasisonemploymentandentrepreneurshipeducation,theindustrialstructureandprofessionalmatchingdegreeof Wenzhou,andthedegreeofpersonalrecognitionof theAlmamater.Itisproposedtobuildamultipledynamicmechanismfromthe fourlevelsof“goverment,universities,enterprisesandindividuals”,enhacethe“guaranteeforce,guidanceforce,bearingpacity andinfiltrationforce”ofcollgestudentstostayinwenzhouemploymentandentrepreneurship,andimprovethe“retentionrate”of collge students in wenzhou,soas toprovide astrong talent elementsupport forthe high-qualitydevelopmentofWenzhou.
