Research on the Path of High-Quality Development of Cross-Border Logistics in Wenzhou under the Background of Dual-Circulation

Abstract:Underthenewdevelopmentpatterof“dualcirculation”,thehigh-qualitydevelopmentofross-borderlogisticsisof greatsignificanefornhancingtheinteationalcompetivenesofthcross-bordere-commerceidustryBasedonthsapledata ofcross-borderlgisticsinWenzoufrom213to3,25specificindicatorsereseletedfromsevendimensisamelythelevel of economicdevelopment,sourceedowmentonditions,sistancefromelatedidustries,arketsalesituaton,frstructue construction,theintensityofcapitalsupport,andteempowermentofsientificndtechnologicaliovation.Teentropyweight TOPSIS method was used to construct the evaluation system and conduct the analysis.The results show thatthe comprehensive development levelofcros-borderlogisticsin Wenzhouhadarelativelylowscore intheearlystageandthen grewrapidlylaterThe developmentlevelsofvariousdimensionsareunbalanced.Amongthem,theevaluationscoreofresourceendowmentconditions is the higest,andteevaluatiosoreofteintesityfapialsupportistelowest.Fortheeaklinsindevelopntotiuouefforts should be madeinaspectssuchasoptimizingthebusiness environment,innovating servicemodels,tapping marketdemand,and improving the intelligent level.
