Abstract：Underthebackgroundofthenewera，thedevelopmentofvocationaleducationservesthemoderizationofChinesechar acteristics，udents'Partyonstructioiocatioalollgesalsoacsncallngs.Stdentspartyonstructioisptat partofideologicalandpoicaleducationforstudents invocationalcolleges.Itisanimplementationapproachtochievingthe goaloffosteringvirtueandnurturingtalentandtheleadingroleofPartyconstructionineducation.Takingasecondarycolegeof acertainmedical vocatioalinstitutionasanexample，byexploring thegrid-basedformofstudents'Partyconstructionwork，the leadingroleofPartybuildingineducationis integratedintothehealthylivingcommunityofstudents，furterpromotingandimprovingthespiritualcivilizationconstructionofcollegestudentsandenhancingtheeffciencyandqualityofstudents'Partyconstruction work.
