Abstract:This study addresses the issue offacial thermal protection incold weather conditions ranging from 0∘C 10 -10∘C ,proposing ahigh-performancethermalmaskthroughcompositedesignincorporatingaerogelandotherfunctionalmaterials.Thedesigncomprehensivelyconsiders factors suchas mask weightandthermalperformance,achievinganoptimalbalance between facialconformityandextensivecoveragearea.Theenhancedthermalretentiondurationisrealizedthrough structuraloptimizationwhile maintainingunimpededwearermobility.Notably,detachablemodularcomponentsareincorporatedtoacommodatehairstyles suchastied-uphairforfemaleusersandfacitecompactstorage.Experimentalevaluationsencompasigfabricthermalinsulation,windroseabilityterofsuresioiostaeeatiallcte Subjectivephysiologicalevaluationsofmask-wearingwereconcurrentlycolected.Resultsdemonstrate tatthecompositestructure integratingtree-raedoe-Texrogelnerolarfeoroliteeesotialpformaneli, exhibitingexceptionalcomprehensivecharacteristics.This innovativedesignprovidesareliablesolutionforfacialprotectionin winter environments while expanding thepotentialapplications offunctionalmaterials in thermal insulation fields.
