高职院校青年教师廉洁文化和师德师风建设的融合探究

Abstract：Inthenewra，Chinahasputforwardgherreqirementsfortheconstructionofteachers'professonaleticsincolleges anduniversities.Thispaperfocusesontheconstructionoftheyoung teacherteaminvocationalcolegesandexploresthepathand significanceofintegratingtheintegritycultureintotheconstructionofteachers'profesioalethics.Theresearchfindsthatrough measuressuchasconstructinganincoruptiblenormsystem，creatinganincoruptibleeducationenvironment，cultivatingincorruptiblevaluesandstandardizingincorruptibleteachingbehaviors，theprofessionaleticsliteracyofyoung teacherscanbefectivelyimprovedandtheirexemplaryandleadingrolecanbeexerted.Theresearchemphasizesthattheintegrationof ntegrity cultureadtheconstructionoftacers'professonalethicsisofgreatsignificanceforcultivatinghigqalitytechnicaltalentsand promotingtheconstructionofintegrityculture，andprovidesaewperspectiveandpracticalpathfortheconstructionofteachers' professional ethics in vocational colleges.
