Abstract：Inresponsetotheproblems existingintheimplementationofmodernapprenticeship，thisstudytakes thereformof modernapprenticeship training mode underthe backgroundofhigh-qualitydevelopmentas theobject，andconstructsa 661–3–57 （20 chainmodernaprenticeshiptrainingmodethroughthepilotprojectoftheMinistryofEducation，usingthetheoryofwork-based learingandmulti-dimensionalcollaborativeeducation.Thismodemainlybreakstroughthreedificulties：theintegratioofindustry，collegeandresearch，theconstructionof"communitywithasharedfuture"betwenscholsandenterprises，andtheconstructionofdigitalintellgentteachingmanagementplatform，andtakesthereconstructionofcurriculumsytem，thedevelopment ofteachingresources，thereformofteachingmanagementmode，theinnovationofevaluationmode，andtheconstructionofdoublequalifiedteachersastheimplementationpaths torealize thetraininggoalof"goldmedalemployes"suitablefortheneedsofenterprises.Practiceshows thatthis modehasachievedremarkableresults inimprovingthe matchingdegre between talentraining andenterpriseposts，hancingtheentusiasmofenterpriseparticipation，improvingthemploymentqualityfgraduatesandthe level of talent training in colleges.
