Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Blood Routine，Respiratory Pathogen Antibody and C-reactive Protein in Children with Acute Pneumonia

Abstract：OetiTetetagostueofobdteooflodtspaoatdie （CRP）incildenitutepeonaetodsFromApril22toMarch24，5OcdenitutepeomitedtXijang ProductionandCosruioCop3thDivisioRedStarHospitaland75haltyhdrenoaetourospitalforsicalaatiouring thesameperiodereseletedastseachectsccodingtoesultsofinitiallicaldagosischdnwitcutepeoe dividedintocteletioodialetoiichloutidspatoat weredetectedinteeeroupselevelsofWCandCnheegrouserecopadndteositivetectioatefsato pathogenantibodiesinthetregroupsascountedTeresultsoflungultrasoudexamiationwereusedasthegoldstandardtocoarethe diagnosticeficacyofdiferentdetectiometdsResultsTheleveofWBCandCRiacterialifectiongrouerhighertantoseinviral infectiongroudahotrolou（OO）ttasiifantdiereceinWCndevelsetwteviustioou and the healthy control group（ P>0.05 ）.The positiverate of respiratory pathogen antibody detection in viral infection group was higher than that in bacterialifetoaloloiatesaotdectaletioa higherthanthatinaltyotolgoup（P）.Inteactealifectiogrouphidreithcutepeuonainidreniactel infectionereeddenicuteeiniiaeioetedeialetoot bacterialifdeoadsiifdeof those of WBC detection， CRP detection and single detection of respiratory pathogen antibody（ P- <0.05）.Conclusion The levels of blood routine， respiratorypathogenantibodyandCRPareoselyelaedtoacutepeumonaincildrenheombineddetectionofblodoutineesiato pathogenantibodydCasgdagosticalueichisoducietotearldieretialdagosisofcutepeonaifetiotsin childrendblsifofloslfeilaci corresponding intervention programs and improve prognosis.
