Effect of Nerve Block Anesthesia on Anesthesia Effect and Postoperative Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Lower Limb Fracture Surgery

Abstract：OectieTooeeteectofeblocaestsaonestsiaectdpostopativelowereritepobosis （LDVinpatisiowrbfractureseryetsAoalof6paitsierlracturesodetsucaltratin JianCountyHospitalofTadionalCneseedicinefromJanuary2toach24ereselectedasthereseachbectsAccodingtote randomnumbertablemethod，theyweredividedintocontrolgroupandudygoupwith3lpatientsinachgoup.Thecontrolgopasgiven tradioalgenalstsiandeuoainsodddeblokstsiaThstsisd indexes（painioied effect），oertatealu）dectioscsi bradycardiaurinaretetio）dtecideeofDerecopadetwnthetorouesultseestsioftsuou was better than that of the control group（ P <0.05）.The pain block time，anesthesia onset time，postoperative awake time，ambulation time and spontaneousbreathingecoeryeofthesudygroueresrtetantoseofteooouphilethedatieftasetertatatf the control group （ P<0.05 ）.AtT1， T2 and T3 time points，thelevelsof HRand MAP inthestudy group werelower than those in the control group （ P< （20 0.05）.The incidence of adversereactionsandLDVTin the study group werelower than those in thecontrol group（ P< 0.05）.Conclusion Nerve block anestesiahasdfiiteesteticftoaitsdegoinglowerlbracturesurgeryhichanmproetelevelofestseated indexestabloiceddeoptidedi worthy of clinical application.
