Effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction and Siwu Decoction Adjuvant Therapy on Postoperative Limb Pain and Swelling in Patients Undergoing Hip Replacement Surgery

Abstract：ObjectieToaalyetheectofanguiBuuedecoctioncombedwithSiuecoctioonostoperativelibainndselingn patientsundergoghipeplacementsurgeryMethdsAtotalof7atintsoundewnthipeplacementsurgeryiourospialroar 2021toOctoerdedintootrolou(33)dbseatioup(n34acoigtoedmumberableetodotol groupwasgivenoutietreatmentafteroperaiondtheservationgoupasgivenDanguiBuxuedecotocombinedwithSiudcoctionon thebasisofteotrogoupi(VA)esellnggee，HasoeohintomplcatioateaitlifQLQ) score,coagulatiofuctiondexDer(D-Dnog(F)ndidencfdeeeactiosereparedetwnthoos ResultsComparedwithteVAscoeteontrolgrouonthstdaftersurgeryteVScoreintesevationgoupsghete difference was not significant( P>0.05 ).TheVASscoreof theobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatof thecontrol grouponthe3rdand7thdayafter surgery( P0.05 ).The thigh circumference of the observation group was smaller than that of the controlgroupoddufettsofhiosso treatentndatineosgaatiolo).defopliatiosietioou (5.88 % )waslower than that inthecontrol group (15.15 % ）（ P 0.05).ConclusionDanggi Buxuedecoctioncombinedwith Siwudecoctionhasadefiniteefectonpostoperativelimbpainand swelingitisdegacetscieluindlioteofio improvecoaglaideettdeeoplaiosoalitflitsailetet adverse reactions,and the clinical application is safe.
