Application Value of Metagenomic Next Generation Sequencing in Community-acquired Pneumoni

Abstract:ObjectieTomparetdiagosticfcacyofetageomicetneratiosequencingNtecholondtraditioallabato detectionmethdsinthologofommunityacquiredpeuoa(CA)MtosAerspectivesudyaonuctedtolctCAP patientswhounderentbrochosopyforbonchoalvearlavagefuidspecensandmNGSexamiatioinourhospitalfromJanuarytoJuly 2022.Teclicaldatdeiereseetoldadiioallboatoetetioetsinolocalise compared.ResultsAmongthe173CAPpatients,15Ocases werediagnosedaspositivebymNGS,andthepositiveratewas 86.71% ;59caseswere diagnosed aspositiveby traditional etiological examination,and the positive rate was 34.10% ,thepositive rate of pathogenic detection ofmNGS was highethntatofdioaletioesO)sieitefctealungaleoal bacteria and Nocardia infection was higher than that of traditional methods P<0.05) .Bacterial infections were mainlydue to Gram-negative bacteria, whiletheosogaletoedsluauseofitso 7casesfNocardatatereottetedbytraditoaldeioetodsonlusionGSissuperortoraditioaldtectioetosite etiological diagnosisofCAP,which isof great significanceforthediagnosisandtreatmentofCAPpatients.
