Abstract：ObjectiveTstudythelinicalefcacyofmontelukastsodmcombinedwithiterferoninthetreatmentofchildrenwithspato synctialviusfdioiaisesindbabed7io syncytialvirusinfectiondiagnosedandtreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary22toJanuaryO23weredividedintocontrolgroup n =37）and observatiogo3titsiotroetraditefoltseaooatedi monteluks wheezingisa）celstcil ofdversereactioseompredetetoossultsompaditoftotaletitoftotolohotal effectieateoftesevationgoupashigeachng94.59%（POO5）Comparedwithteotrolgoup，theospitalizaiondte disappearance time of cough，sputum，wheezing and lung wheezing in the observation group were shortened（ P<0.05 ）.Aftertreatment，thelevelsof WBC，CRPdoilsineooseeaooreetdopadihoolotvelsffo factors in the observation group were lower（ P<0.05） .No significant difference was observed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P> 0.05）.ConclusionMontelukastsodiumombinedwithinterferoncanimprovetheclinicaleficacyofchildrenwithrespiratoryscytial viiet clinical application.
