AStudy on the Correlation Between Serum Omentin-1 and the Occurrence of Osteoporosis in Postmenopausal Women

Abstract：ObeiTvestigaeeoelatoetetievelndoeoossimeopsalMeom JauaryO2toeboeaoespialisfHsialuledialUi selectedsthereseachobectscodingtotheonemineraldensityalueteyeredividedintotheegroup：oaloemaoup22 postmenopausanposaldssososan）al biochemicalesulsereleasonoelatiefntasusedtalteaioshitweeOmetidatedtest indexes.MultivaateliearegesoalysissusedtoaleteainfactosetingeminealdesityResultsOneaalyisf variance showed thatcompared with thenormal bone massgroup，theage，menopausalduration，Omentin-1leveland β -Cross Laps level in the osteopeniagrondteoporosisgroupsowedanireasingtrendhile25（H）ndGevelssoedaecreasingtrd P <0.05）. Pearsoncoreastielssieleiedieli BMD（ P< 0.05），butnotoelatedwith，TC，DC，H-C，，ge，meosaluraionpospos，5（H）D， 25（OH）D2， （20号 β -Cross Laps， PINP，BGP and ALP P>0.05） .Multivariate linearregresionanalysisshowed thatLDL-C，BGPand 25（OH）Dhada significant positive linear relationship with BMD P<0.05） ，butBMI，TC，HDL-C，PTH，Omentin-1，calcium，phosphorus，25 （OH）D2， β -CrossLaps，PINPandALPhad no linear relationship with BMD（ P>0.05 .Conclusion The level ofserum Omentin-1in postmenopausal women increases significantly with the decrease of bonemas，and postmenopausal women with high level of serum Omentin-1 haveahigher risk ofosteoporosis.
