Clinical Effect of Yiqi HuoxueLishui Decoction in the TreatmentofHeart Failure and its Influence on the Incidence of Cardiovascular Endpoint Events

Abstract：ObjetieTudyelicalftofiqiHoueLisudcoctioinetreamentofeartluenditsftoeicidceof cardiovascularedteventsetdsFroarch2toAprl274patintsiteartfluredaosdndreatedirospiale selectedateseachetsUsingtedoberabletd，sbjectsereidtootrolgoundseatioouh patientsineachgoup.eontolgoupciedsteedicieereasthbsevatiogopasreatedwithYiquoxueLiscoctioo thebasisofthontroloupeicalfadacfuoninde6inaingistae，L'seartfluresoeadiidcef cardiovascular endpoint events werecompared betweenthe two groups.Results Compared with thecontrol group （81.08 % ），the observationgrouphad the higher total effective rate of treatment （94.59 % ）（ P< 0.05）.After treatment in both groups，the left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and 6 min walkingdistancewereincreased，andtheobservationgroupreachedahigherlevelofthoseindexesthanthecontrolgroup（ P<0.05 .TheLee'sheart failurescoreofthetwogrouswereothlowertaneforeandtebseratiogroudcreasdtoalowerleveltantatinteoolgoup P< 0.05）.After4 months offollw-up，the incidence of cardiovascular endpoint events inthe observation group （8.11 % ）was lower than thatin the control group （18.92 % ）（P<0.05）.ConclusionYiqiHuoxueLishuidecoctionhasadefiniteclinicalfectinthetreatmentofhartfilure，whichcaneduce theincidenceofosulapottsllateptosofartfuremproedacfuctiodprootef function.It can beusedasanew direction for clinical treatment of heart failure.

心力衰竭（heartfailure）是临床常见的疾病，特别是随着我国老龄化进程的加快，心力衰竭发病不断升高，严重威胁患者的健康安全[1。（剩余5153字）
