Abstract:ObectieTseethtofgotesialdosterosteRAAoeoerinainteacemoalis MethodsAtotalof72patientswithmaintenancehemodialysishoeretreatedinCixiPeople'sHospitalfromNovemberOtoMayee selected.According to thelevel of angiotensin II,the patients were divided into normal angiotensin I group (angiotensin ,41 patients) and elevated angiotensin II group (angiotensin 90 pg/ml,31 patients).Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were usedtoexploretheinfluencingfactorsofboneturnoverinmaintenancehemodialysispatients.ResultsThelevelsofparathyroidhoone β -CTXand ALP in the elevated angiotensin group were higher than those inthenormal angiotensinII group,and thediferences were statisticallsignificant (P

慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨代谢紊乱(chronickidney disease-mineral and bone metabolism disor-der,CKD-MBD)是慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者常见的并发症,在慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血透患者中更为常见,国内报道维持性血透患者CKD-MBD患病率在 90% 以上,已经成为影响患者生存质量和生命安全的主要因素之一,骨转换失衡为其常见的病理生理机制。(剩余10345字)
