Abstract Objective：To systematically analyze the development status，application，defining attributes，cases，antecedents，and consequences of social anxiety through literature，and to clarify the concept and connotation of social anxiety from the perspective of college students in China.Methods：Based on Walker and Avant concept analysis methods，conduct a conceptual analysis of social anxiety.The psychological，physiological，and social characteristics of social anxiety were described.Results：Based on several definitions related to social anxiety，repeated characteristics of social anxiety in relevant literature research，and the DSM-Ⅴ diagnostic criteria for social anxiety，the characteristics of the concept of social anxiety were subjectively manifested as fear of negative evaluation;excessive fear of others staring;physiological reactions （manifested as redness，trembling，and sweating） occur.Conclusion：Through Walker and Avant′s concept analysis method，a clear concept of social anxiety was obtained.Understanding the characteristics，antecedents，and consequences of social anxiety can help healthcare professionals raise awareness，better identify social anxiety，and provide necessary psychological support.The description of typical cases and opposite cases helps to better identify the characteristics of social anxiety.The concept analysis of social anxiety aims to effectively carry out psychological education，improve the social interaction ability of college students，help medical staff better identify high-risk groups，and enhance social support for social anxiety groups.

摘要 目的：通过文献对社交焦虑的发展状况、应用、定义属性、案例、前因、后果等进行系统分析，从大学生的角度厘清我国社交焦虑的概念内涵。（剩余8770字）
