Summary of evidence for non-pharmacological intervention of pain in knee osteoarthritis

Abstract Objective：To search and evaluate the relevant evidence of non-pharmacological intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis pain，and integrate the evidence to provide evidence-based basis for clinical practice.Methods：All evidence related to non-pharmacological interventions in patients with knee osteoarthritis pain using the "6S" evidence-based evidence model from top to bottom was searched by computer，including clinical decision-making，guidelines，evidence summary，systematic evaluation，and expert consensus.The retrieval time was from the inception to March 1，2023.After literature quality evaluation，evidence was extracted and summarized for literature that mected quality standards.Results：A total of 17 articles were included，including 2 clinical decision-making articles，4 guidelines，2 expert consensus articles，2 evidence summaries，and 7 systematic evaluations.A total of 33 best pieces of evidence were summarized from three aspects：preventive intervention，therapeutic intervention，and combined intervention.Conclusion：The best evidence for non-pharmacological intervention measures to improve pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis on existing evidence.Evidence application professionals have received relevant training，and in practice，targeted intervention strategies should be selected based on the patient′s condition，willingness，and clinical situation to improve nursing quality.
