家庭康复护理对老年髋部骨折病人术后康复效果影响的Meta分析

Abstract Objective：To evaluate the effect of home rehabilitation nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods：Randomized controlled trials on home rehabilitation nursing of postoperative recovery of elderly patients with hip fracture were searched from the Cochrane Library，PubMed，EMbase，OVID Technologies，NLM，CNKI，WanFang Database，VIP，CBM，and Baidu Academic，with references to the included literature screened.The literature quality was strictly evaluated and the data were extracted by two researchers.RevMan 5.4 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results：A total of 14 RCTs were included.Meta-analysis result shows that home rehabilitation nursing was helpful to improve the hip joint function of elderly patients with hip fracture［MD=12.96，95%CI（8.45，17.47），P＜0.000 01］，improve activities of daily living［MD=12.11，95%CI（5.10，19.11），P=0.000 7］ and quality of life［MD=5.62，95%CI（4.70，6.55），P＜0.000 01］.Conclusion：Current evidence shows that home rehabilitation nursing can improve the hip joint function of elderly patients with hip fracture，and improve the activity of daily living and quality of life.
