穴位按摩对妇科腹腔镜术后病人胃肠功能恢复影响的Meta分析

Abstract Objective：To analyze the influence of acupoint massage on gastrointestinal function recovery of patients after gynecological laparoscopy.Methods：Randomized controlled trails on the influence of acupoint massage on gastrointestinal function recovery of patients after gynecological laparoscopy were retrieved from CNKI，CBM，WanFang Database，VIP，PubMed，and Web of Science.The retrieval time was from inception to November 2022.Two investigators independently performed quality assessment and data extraction of the included literature.RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results：A total of 9 studies were included.The Meta-analysis results showed that the of the first anal exhaust time［MD＝-7.89，95%CI（-10.09，-5.69），P＜0.000 01］，bowel sounds recovery time［MD＝-3.24，95%CI（-5.59，-0.89），P=0.007］，and defecation time［MD＝-11.85，95%CI（-13.34，-10.07），P＜0.000 01］ in the intervention group were earlier than those in the control group;Total effect of gastrointestinal recovery［RR＝1.56，95%CI（1.09，2.25），P=0.02］ was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Current evidence shows that acupoint massage can shorten the first anus exhaust time，bowel sound recovery time，defecation time of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery，and improve total effect of gastrointestinal recovery.
