AbstractCurrently,theapplicationof digital twin technologyinthefieldof libraries isconstantlyexpanding.Thelibrary businessprocess iscomplex andcontinuous,withahighdegre of digitization,agooddata foundation,andrich industry accumulation.Theconstructionof digital twin libraries is highly compatible with the conceptof promoting smart library constructionthroughdataintegration.Thelibrarydigitaltwinbase,which integratescomponent-basedcapabilitiessuchas perception,modeling,andsimulation,hasbecometheoretechnologfortheconstructionofsmartlibraries,layingthefoudation forth iterativedevelopment,ecologicalcoonstruction,andondemandcalingofinteligenthubssuchassmartcampussand smartcities.Thispaperaims toexplorethespecificapplicationscenariosofdigital twintechnologyintheplanning,construction, management,andserviceofsmartliraries,andtostudythesystemarchitectureandconstructionpathofsmartlibrariesbasedon this technologyidertoprovidetoreialndpacticalerencsfortonstructionofartliais,ceeadien decision-making,precise management,optimize resource alocation,and improve library service effciency.
