Empowerment Mechanism and Risk Mitigation Strategies of DeepSeek Embedded in Library Knowledge Services

AbstractIn the context of digital technology reshaping the knowledge ecosystem,the knowledge service model of libraries is undergoing a structural transformation driven by DeepSeek technology. Through the construction of dynamic knowledge networks,the upgrade of multi-modal interaction,and the adaptation of scenario-based services, DeepSeek technology has broken through thephysical boundaries of traditional colections,promoting the shift of knowledge production from static recombination to dynamic emergence.The effciency advantages brought by technological empowerment are accompanied bysystemic risks.Algorithm black-boxing leads tothe dissolutionof knowledge authority,real-time datastreamschallnge thequalitycontrol system,and technological dependence causes the degradation of users’autonomous abilities,exposing the deep conflict between instrumental rationalityand value rationality.Inresponse to these challenges,this paper proposes ahybrid decision-making model tobalance algorithmic efciencyand professonal judgment,a dual-lop filtering system toachievequality protection inan open ecosystem, andacapabilitysymbiosis framework to gradiently integrate intelligent asistance and traditional retrieval,thereby constructing a dynamic balance between technological adaptation and humanistic guardianship.
