AbstractThis paper introduces the practical experience of material reporting of some index in the“guarantee conditions”module of the Benxi library on the seventh time evaluation work of public library.It also explains thedistinctive characteristics of the development stage of the public library industry reflected in the reporting materials of legal policy guarantee,personnel guarantee and security guarantee index,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the“guarantee conditions” module of the future evaluation system in combination with the highqualitydevelopment requirements of public cultural services.It is hoped thatthis willfll the monograph study gap of the“guarantee conditions”module in the domestic library evaluation research field,and make the“guarantee conditions”module appear on the eighth time evaluation and grading work of public library index system frame with a new and full strategic attitude.
