Practice and Enlightenment of the Construction of Intellectual Property Information Service Centers in Ethnic Regions' Universities

AbstractThe Intellctual Property Information ServiceCenters inuniversities ofethnic regions serveasavitalbridge for transformingacademicresearchachievements intoenterprise-driveneconomicdevelopment，makingithighlysignificanto understandtheir establishmentandoperational status.This paperfocuses ontheconstructionpracticeofintellectual property information service centers in five national universities inethnic regions. Using online surveys and in-depth interviews， theWSRsystem methodology is introducedastheanalytical framework toconductin-depthanalysis fromthree specific aspects：Wuli dimension，Shili dimension，andRenli dimension，exploring theirachievementsand shortcomings.Basedon this，the folowing sustainable development strategies are proposed across Wuli-Shili-Renli three dimensions：Strengthen policy and funding support whileenhancing digital-intelligent platform construction （Wuli Dimension），restructure the center's management-servicesystemanddeepenuniversity-government-enterprisecollaboration （Shili Dimension）inensify localized cultivation of next-generation talents and build interdisciplinary talent teams （Renli Dimension）.
