Abstract：Iordertoexploretheinteractioncharacteristicsamongthefunctionsoftheuralteritorialsytemandpromotethecoordi nateddevelopmentofeach function，thisstudyexamined26counties intheNorthern SlopeEconomicBeltofTianshan Mountains， constructinganevaluationindexsystemencompasingagiculturalproductionconomicevelopment，socialsecurityandological conservation.Greyelatioalanalsisevealedtreeeyfidings：ducedfunctioalpolarizationndegionaldisparities，wic tral-westerareasdemonstratingsuperioromprehensivefunctionsdrivenbyagiculture，coomandecology;（2）Functioalite actionsexhibitedspatialhetergeeitywithveragecorrelationsrsingfromO.65to0.68，fromltoO1，hileouplingoordinationevelsshiftedtowardimpendingimbalanceandbasicoordination；（3）Spatialzningdelineatedthreeprmaryregions（olzed， dominant，underdeveloped）and13secondaryregios.Inconcusion，thdevelopmenttrendofuralareasintheNortenloeEcoo icBeltofTasaoutaisisdutsillcsrobsscheveofodatioteipred，sitis mizethefunctioallayouttopromotetecomprehensivervitalisatiooftecountrysideandtheigqualitydevelopmentofheregion.
