乡村振兴战略下村庄规划产业用地保障实践研究

Abstract：Inrecentyears，theleadingroleofvilageplanningintheuralrevitalizationstrategyhasbeenincreasinglyprominntAs thecoretaskandsolidfoundationoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy，nsuringtheadequateandreasonableindustriallanddemandof villgeshasbecomeakeytaskofvillgeplaing.Terefore，fromteperspectiveoftecompilationandmanagementofvilgeplan ning，stuyingteisueofindustriallandguaranisofgeatpractcalsignificaceasedonavieofistigiterureaalysisofthepracticeofindustriallandguaanteeuderthebackgroundofruralevitalationspeciallyteimportantolelaydby village planning，and combined with field research in someareas，this paperanalyzed three typical planning cases：the overallspatialplanningpateninCengdu，Sicuanprovince，thequaitmprovementactionofvilgeplaninginHunanprovinc，ad theregionalizedndclusteredruralplanningmodelinSuzhou，Jiangsuprovince.Itsummarizedandgeneralizedthepoliciesandexperiencesofidustriallndguarantee.Teauthorbelievesthatthequalityofvillgeplaningshouldbeimprovedfrom threedirections： upwardlayoutofindustrialdirection，downwardimplementationofprojectlist，andemphasisnpeopleorientedplaning，oesure the efficient supply of industrial land in rural areas.
